The silent communicator, it’s perhaps something you were never taught about and don’t even think about, but it’s a key part of your communication to the outside world.
Your style is how you present yourself to the world. It conveys to potential partners, employers, clients, what kind of person you are.
Again this doesn’t make it right, but this is how we’ve evolved, and changing thousands of years of evolution by yourself isn’t going to happen.
The Silent Communicator May Communicate The Most About You
If you’re wanting to change your life, how you style yourself is a big part of this. From your haircut to your socks, these are all things that play a major part in our self-confidence. It’s not the only part, but it’s a very large portion of it.
Your style speaks to who you are and what you are, but, it’s the silent communicator. It’s gives a visual story to people about who you potentially are.
Keep this in mind every day. You owe it to yourself to put your best self forward.
You may think it’s shallow, but you do it yourself on a daily basis. Think of it this way, when someone introduces themselves to you, the first your brain does isn’t remember their name, but it’s judges whether that person is a threat to you, and what their social ranking is compared to yours…all this is based on their appearance. Nature, rightly or wrongly has concluded that this is the best way to keep you safe and alive.
This being said, it doesn’t mean you need to go out there and spend thousands of dollars on a new wardrobe. The key is to buy clothes that fit your body, and are versatile for any occasion. Never forget, cost per wear is something you should always consider as well.
